Why settle for one incredible restaurant when you can go to three? This winter, discover some of Melbourne’s best eateries through an exclusive three-course progressive dining experience as part of Docklands Winter Glow Festival. Meander from restaurant to restaurant, indulging in one delicious course after another in the Docklands dining district.
Saluministi, Banoi and Tap831

Start off the evening with the family behind Saluministi as they serve a selection of their finest Italian-inspired antipasto. Then at Banoi, enjoy a creamy coconut-based chicken curry, complete with sweet potato and fresh Asian herbs. End the evening on a sweet note at TAP831, a restaurant that celebrates Victorian produce. Indulge in their signature sago pearls. This dessert is made with palm-sugar caramel, puffed rice, coconut sorbet and pineapple.

Wine and dine your way along the stunning water’s edge with this soul-warming three-course meal.
The evening will begin at Black Cod with an indulgent seafood entree and nibbles with a modern fisherman’s twist. After a short stroll down the promenade, settle in at Watermark Docklands and enjoy their signature lamb shoulder with spinach and potato mash. The final stop for the evening, Wawa Chocolatier, will send you home with a sweet treat and rich hot chocolate.

Lap up the decadent hospitality of hosts from The Atlantic Group as they take you on an exclusive tour of their venues.
Start your journey at Woolshed with its signature seared scallops with five spice cauliflower relish, tomato pickle and saffron yoghurt. Next, wander on to Mama Rumaan and enjoy delectable sharing platters of dips, mama’s old spice rice and lamb kofta skewers. Finish your night at Mill & Bakery where Lisa Van Zanten, Atlantic Group’s executive pastry chef, will prepare an exclusive dessert station – sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

A hearty winter feast at three of Docklands’ most atmospheric restaurants in a night not to be missed.
Enjoy the taste of the Mediterranean at Berth Restaurant with their signature antipasto platter, complete with homemade delicacies. Then take a short stroll along New Quay to Cargo Restaurant and Bar and taste its warming chicken and pork chorizo paella. Finish the evening at Bopha Devi where you’ll enjoy a sugar banana with tapioca and coconut milk, topped with pan-roasted sesame seeds.
