Melbourne pastry chef Jean Cleary is passionate about Christmas cake. Which is why hers taste so good. We caught up with her in the kitchen at Alice Nivens cafe one evening to hear how she does it. Hint: at least one secret ingredient has something to do with her hometown – Tullamore, in Ireland.
