No Lights No Lycra
No Lights No Lycra (NLNL) is not exactly a ‘class’ – it’s more of a group dance session. Founded in 2009, NLNL provides an opportunity to express yourself through free movement, with the lights dimmed and the music turned up. Guest DJs create a special playlist each week. NLNL run sessions at 1000 Pound Bend on Monday nights from 6.30pm for $7.
