San Telmo BBQ masterclass

Christmas is a great time to show off your grilling skills. In this BBQ workshop, learn from Stephen Clark, the head Parillero (barbequer) at San Telmo about finding the best quality meat in Melbourne and cooking up the perfect steak. Then enjoy a lunch based on the dishes presented in class which include four courses and four  drinks for $130 per person. Held every third Saturday of the month from November until March next year. Bookings essential.
