It’s rare to cook up a perfect Aussie BBQ. But with Red Spice Road’s Aussie BBQ class, you’ll be ready for a BBQ job well done! Join Executive Chef, John Mcleay as he demonstrates how to grill fresh seafood and meats, all with a special Asian twist. Taste tests and recipes are included. Every Tuesday from 5 – 19 December at Red Spice Road courtyard, from 5pm – 6pm.
San Telmo BBQ masterclass
Christmas is a great time to show off your grilling skills. In this BBQ workshop, learn from Stephen Clark, the head Parillero (barbequer) at San Telmo about finding the best quality meat in Melbourne and cooking up the perfect steak. Then enjoy a lunch based on the dishes presented in class which include four courses and four drinks for $130 per person. Held every third Saturday of the month from November until March next year. Bookings essential.
Sausage making workshop at the Common Man
This sausage-making masterclass is ideal for experienced foodies or beginner cooks. After your two-hour class with head chef Lorenzo Casu, enjoy a gourmet meat lunch and well-deserved drink with your fellow foodies. All you need to bring is a container/cooler bag to transport your freshly made sausages home. From Thursday 2 November until February 2018.
